Why the Cedar Lane Farms name?
Cedar Lane Farms is more than just a business name—it serves as a bridge between cherished memories and a future built with purpose, rooted in Cedar Lane history.
Growing up in Queens Village, New York, our neighborhood grocery store was called Cedar Lane. It was a place defined by community farming, where everyone knew each other, quality was paramount, and community spirit thrived every day. Those memories continue to resonate with me.
Years later, when it came time to name Cedar Lane Farms, I surveyed our own property and noticed the magnificent cedar trees surrounding us. Strong, enduring, and deeply rooted, they perfectly symbolize the values I want Cedar Lane to embody.
The name Cedar Lane Farms encapsulates both of these worlds—honoring the sense of community from my childhood while celebrating the natural beauty and resilience of the place we now call home.
Today, Cedar Lane Farms continues to grow from those foundational roots, creating thoughtfully crafted herbal products that bring elements of farm life, tradition, and connection into everyday homes.
As we expand, so will our commitment to supporting the charitable work of the Cedar Lane Farms Family Foundation, focusing on animal welfare, agricultural education, and community initiatives.
We believe that the smallest seeds can grow into the greatest blessings.
